Santa Eulalia

The sailing ship was launched off Torrevieja beach in 1918. She was originally called the Carmen Flores.

The schooner has undergone many transformations during her career. Her name was changed four times before becoming Santa Eulalia.

Mostly assigned to goods transportation, the sailing ship was also used to smuggle black market flour. Motorised in 1928, she cruised the seas under the names Puerto de Palma (1931-1936), Cala San Vicenç (1936-1975) and Sayremar Uno (1975-2000).

Under her last name, she was used as a support vessel for undersea projects before being sold at auction in 1997 to her current owner: Barcelona Maritime Museum.

In her last refit in 1998 Santa Eulalia was restored to her original glory and was able to sail once again. Since 2000, she has been moored at the port of Barcelona where she can be admired at leisure.
